Our Mission

We are a non-profit student group at the University of Alberta, affiliated with the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA), that works to promote mental health and mental illness awareness. Our main goals are to educate the campus community on how to maintain good mental health, on the different forms of mental illness that exist, and on the available resources.
